● test of welding joints of connecting parts: each vehicle, including engine and other parts, shall be connected by welding, and the mechanical properties of welding joints between parts, such as tensile and bending, shall be strictly tested. In the development stage of components, the manufacturer of automobile connector system must test the connector to verify the mechanical and electrical performance. The electronic connector of airbag will make special noise when it is fastened, but this is not enough to ensure that the electronic circuit has been connected.
